Visintainer and Edwards combined 8th grade football team (Brunswick South) face Willetts 8th grade football team under the lights at BHS Judy Kirsch Stadium following a supervised all middle school dance at Willetts Middle School. It's a fun tradition for all, complete with food, bands and cheerleaders! GO BLUE!

Traditional Visintainer 8th Grade "Bon Voyage" Celebration at the end of the
school year. Committee assists Principal and staff as needed to
coordinate and prepare for the event.
Your pictures will help to make the event more memorable.

(Students should not ask for new clothes for this event.)
Admission must be paid in advance and includes all activities, refreshments and a souvenir photo. This event only is open to Visintainer 8th graders. The celebration activities will include dancing and team tournaments.

We collect Campbell's food labels for rebates. Drop labels into drop box in Visintainer main vestibule.
PLEASE NOTE: CAMPBELL'S REQUIRE ONLY UPC CODES AND WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT THE ACTUAL LABELS. Your sending in only Campbell UPC codes is greatly appreciated.
Clip "Box Tops for Education" tags from food labels. Please send Box Tops and Campbell's UPC's in separate baggies or envelopes.
Our school also earns money for empty inkjet and toner cartridges. It's also a great way to teach our children to recycle! Place empty cartridges in a zip lock bag and deposit it into the collection box in the Visintainer vestibule.

Gift cards ordered through the Certificate Program for everyday purchases and gifts accumulate "profits" that reduce the cost of major field trips to Washington D.C. and Cedar Point.

Lollipops are sold for .50 each during lunch or flex times, as permitted by Mrs. Yost. Sales are typically held monthly.
Visintainer PTO teams with staff and administration to form a Relay for Life team. Last year's efforts in recruiting, registration and fundraising efforts by the Visintainer team have earned us a SILVER AWARD for raising 3333.98 in contributions. Our team also earned a trophy for Best Theme with our "Burst the Bubble of Cancer. Proceeds from the combined Edwards and Visintainer Field Day "Dunk Tank" exceeded $600!

Brunswick’s 2009 Relay event will be held June 11 and 12th at Brunswick High School.
Visintainer Middle School will be sponsoring a team again this year.

Visintainer PTO awards a $500 College Scholarship to BHS graduates who are Visintainer alumni. Scholarships recipients are selected by a panel which includes Mrs. Yost, Visintainer staff members and PTO members. Scholarship applications are available through the BHS guidance office after the beginning of each calendar year.

Visintainer PTO recognizes special events (i.e. - births, weddings, deaths, illness, etc.) with flowers, cards and/or gifts as agreed by PTO members. We'll also begin sending Happy Birthday e-mails to Visintainer staff.
This is the sale the kids all look forward to...and the shirt they'll wear even after they graduate! Class shirts are filled, front and back, with the names of all the kids in their BHS graduating class! Although 6th grade students place the most orders for class shirts, shirts are also available to 7th and 8th grade students for their corresponding BHS graduating class.
